Tjerk J. Post of Lansdale was headed north on Easton Road when a Ram left the southbound lane and hit his Kia Telluride head-on, according to troopers.

Post was taken to Grandview Hospital and pronounced dead, authorities said. His 51-year-old passenger was also hospitalized with serious injuries.

The 28-year-old driver of the Ram received "suspected minor injuries," the police report says.

Easton Road was shut down from both directions while crews cleared the scene.

The Bucks County District Attorney's Office is assisting with the investigation, troopers added.
